Simge IP is a professional association of intellectual property attorneys with extensive experience in securing and defending the intellectual property rights of its clients. Simge IP was established in 1998 and is one of the leading Intellectual Property Attorneys Offices in Turkey, and is a continuation of the former LANDMARK.

We particularly specialise in problems that cover all technical fields and all aspects of intellectual property, including patents, utility models, trademarks, designs and copyrights. We also specialise in intellectual property-related copyright, unfair competition, computer and software law, licensing and litigation with a team of experts including, Patent and Trademark Attorneys, European Patent Attorneys, experienced Lawyers, Engineers and Interpreters whom specialise in the Intellectual Property field.

A major portion of our work is related to performing patent and trademark design registration procedures and EP validation procedures for clients of foreign patent and trademark attorney firms before the Turkish Patent Institute. We have successfully represented many Global IP Attorney Firms before the TPI. We have always been convinced that the rapid speed of development and the technical complexity, inherent in this field of activity require technological qualifications and specific solutions on a legal and organisational level that patent attorneys rarely meet. Since establishment, the organisation has been consistently meeting the needs, requirements and expectations of our client base. Through working closely with our clients the organisation has developed significantly.

Another major focus of our firm is to represent clients in national and international IP litigation procedures whilst also successfully defending our clients’ IP interests. Furthermore, national and international arbitration and licensing cases are well within our core purview.
